This is not an attack. It is a reflection born out of love. Many Black women love Black men with an intensity that cannot be overstated. We advocate for them in boardrooms. We defend them in public. We nurture them in private. We raise sons with dreams bigger than circumstance. So when patriarchal ideology shows up inside our own homes, churches, organizations, it cuts differently. Patriarchy teaches hierarchy. It centers male leadership as default. It frames women’s ambition
